În toamna 2009 am cules, vorba vine, ca mai mult am mâncat, prima recolta a viilor de la Aliman, din judeţul Constanţa. În toamna 2010 am revenit La Locul faptei, să vedem ce s-a întâmplat cu strugurii de atunci, vreo 60 de tone. Ei, păi s-a cam întâmplat… Alira. Primul vin „ridicat” din podgoria ALiman.

Lansarea primului vin românesc din portofoliul WineRo a avut un slogan pe măsură: Îţi place Enira? Descoperă ALIRA! Si l-am tot descoperit, în pahare persona­lizate, încercând să-i facem o schiţă de portret, cum se obiş­nuieşte la degustări. Eu nu pot să vă spun mare lucru, nu sunt profesionistă. Stiu doar că-mi place şi că l-aş alege pentru o seară între prieteni. În schimb, am tras cu urechea la comen­tariile degustătorilor autori­zaţi. Cică e un „Merlot priete­nos, intens, fructuos şi amplu, frumos baricat şi căruia nu i-ar strica o învechire la sticlă, câteva luni, ca să arate cu ade­vărat ce are”. O descriere din interior, chiar dacă poate fi bănuită de subiectivism, este binevenită: „Alira Merlot 2009 are personalitate, corpolenţă, fructozitate şi, cel mai important, este un vin echilibrat, prietenos, uşor de băut, un vin gândit pentru consumator. Acest produs poate fi încadrat în segmentul superpremium, prin prisma calităţii, la un preţ întâlnit în acest moment la produsele de început al seg­mentului premium”, susţine Mark Dworkin, oenologul WineRo şi creatorul Alira.

Intrarea în hora a vinului „Alira” a fost însoţită de pâine proaspăt scoasă din cuptor si de berbecuţi rumeni.

Merlot Alira 2009″ este disponibil pe piaţa românească începând cu luna noiembrie, într-o ediţie limitată de 45.000 de sticle, la preţul de 42 lei.

 

Primul vin de la Aliman a avut parte de un botez de vedetă. În viile pline de rod s-au adunat ambasadori, sena­tori, ziarişti şi, evident, degus­tători. Gazda evenimentului, WineRo, a pus la bătaie „râuri” de Alira, ajutate de afluenţi din acelaşi neam: Rose

Enira 2009, Cabernet Enira 2008, Enira 2006 şi, bomboana de pe tort, Enira Reserva 2006. Başca must proaspăt, din stru­gurii acestei toamne, bătuţi în picioare de fete, mai mult sau mai puţin fecioare. Tot ca pe vremuri, pâinea a fost făcută în cuptoare de lut, chiar sub ochii noştri. Tot acolo s-au rumenit, la foc mic, berbecuţii umpluţi cu legume şi cuş-cuş, creaţia bucătarului Răzvan Cruceanu. Sigur că un aseme­nea ospăţ se cerea acompaniat de muzică, mai ales dobrogea­nă. Dar şi de discuţii aprinse despre soarta vinului româ­nesc, în vremuri de criză. La acest capitol, WineRo nu prea are a se plânge. Din 2006, de la înfiinţare, compania a făcut în România investiţii de peste 2,5 milioane euro. În podgoria Aliman, pe o suprafaţă de 80 de hectare, au fost cultivate soiurile Fetească Neagră, Merlot şi Cabernet Sauvignon.Ghenadie Bobeică, adminis­tratorul WineRo, ne-a sugerat să vizităm şi crama de vinifi- caţie din comuna Rasova, un proiect în valoare de 4,7 milioane euro, proaspăt finan­ţat din fonduri UE.

Din strugurii călcaţi în picioare de „zânele” locului a ieşit o bunătate de must, singura concurenţă serioasă pentru „Alira”.

Mulţumim de invitaţie, când mai avem drum prin Dobrogea sigur că ne oprim şi la cramă.
