A renunţat la o poziţie de top în marketing, ca să frământe pâine cu mâinile lui. Apoi să o vândă mai ales corporatiştilor. „Ălora de pe ulita cu multă muncă”, aşa cum îi alintă acum. De pe „ulita” băcăniei sale.
„În marketing făceam chestii grandioase, aici mă ocup de lucruri de fineţe, de nuanţă. Nu toţi trebuie să cucerim Everestul, uneori sunt mai importante lucrurile aparent mărunte”.
Băcănia veche arată si miroase ca un fel de cămară a bunicii. Dulceţuri, zacuscă, pâine de casă, biscuiţi, cârnaţi, caltaboşi. Printre toate astea, Marius Tudosiei, fost director de marketing la Jurnalul Naţional. Acum pe post de bucătar, vânzător, instalator, şofer şi ce-o mai trebui: „N-am rădăcină şi nici tulpină de comerciant, tata a fost preot, mama profesoară. Dar îmi place mâncarea sănătoasă şi mă pricep să fac nişte chestii cu ea. Nu-mi era rău nici în marketing, chiar aveam nişte proiecte măreţe, cu nişte companii mişto de branding, din afară. Dar sunt clar mai relaxat muncind pentru o pasiune a mea”.
Afacerea a început cu o tarabă pe facebook, unde a scos la vânzare 11 pâini şi 11 cozonaci. Că aşa i-a venit, pur şi simplu. Si încă în bed timing, pe la cinci după-amiaza, când comunicarea cam stagnează. În 40 de minute, comenzile erau închise: „Eu cred în specializare, responsabila în cozonaci e mama, aşa că am chemat-o urgent la Bucureşti, de pe graniţa de Nord, de la peste 500 de kilometri”. E ca-n poveşti, mă trezesc şi eu vorbind. „Păi, da, că trăim într-o lume idioată, nimeni nu mai spune poveşti! Or, fiecare lucru, oricât de mărunt, îşi are basmul lui”.
Băcănia veche s-a deschis în septembrie 2010, după ce avea, deja, o comunitate de vreo 2.000 de oameni, pe facebook. „E, cumva, un proiect comun, sunt norocos că am o tonă de consultanţi. Chiar ţin cont de ideile lor, m-au ajutat să înţeleg ce e bine şi ce trebuie schimbat”.
Si uite că mâncarea naturală are trecere, proiectul e, deja, pe plus, vânzările merg în jur de 17.000 de lei pe lună. Vedetele băcăniei sunt pâinea cu hribi, fursecurile cu ghimbir şi prăjiturile de casă. Dacă-l auzi pe Marius cum face reclamă, n-ai cum să-i rezişti: „Aoleu, ştii cum e asta? E leşinătoare, trebuie să guşti!”
Gata cu vorba, azi e miercuri, zi de humus şi corporatişti: „E ziua lor lungă, aşa că ţin deschisă băcănia până la 23. I-am obişnuit cu lucruri bune şi proaspete. Că ştiu cum e să mănânci nişte cartofi scofâlciţi, noaptea, prin oraş. Hai că mă grăbesc, sunt bucătar, pe la zece îmi vin clienţii. Cu ochii roşii, cu laptop-ul pe umeri, în costum, îi recunoşti de la o poştă. Ha, ha, şi când te gândeşti că eram ca ei!”
