Ducu Bertzi: „Industria muzicală românească e la pământ”

Chiar daca viaţa de artist în România nu este lapte si miere, mai ales în vremuri de criză, Ducu Bertzi se consideră un personaj norocos: „Bogăţia cea mai de preţ este să iubeşti ceea ce faci, să-ţi ofere satisfacţie şi să vezi oameni fericiţi atunci când eşti pe scenă”.

I Domnule Ducu Bertzi, în ce fel v-a afectat criza economică? Presupun că a scăzut numărul de concerte raportat la anii trecuţi.

La prima întrebare ai intuit răspunsul, ştii cum se spune, „o nenorocire nu vine singură”…

I Cum vi se pare prevederea privind noul impozit, pe drepturile de autor? Aveţi de gând să plătiţi acest alt bir al artiştilor către stat?

Eu până acum mi-am plătit, în anii trecuţi, impozitul, după ce depuneam declaraţia de venit anuală şi mi se comunica dacă mai am de dat sau de luat. Acum parcă au înnebunit, dar nu am de gând să intru în jocul lor, şi voi plăti atunci când vor reintra într-o normalitate. Dacă stăteam după toţi tâmpiţii ajungeam demult la balamuc. Iar ceea ce se întâmplă în această zonă a profesiilor liberale, în care fiecare dintre noi ne-am asumat riscul de a trăi după măsura talentului, a recunoaşterii acestuia, este aberant. Mai înainte vorbeam că anul acesta este unul mai prost, mai puţine spectacole, mai puţini bani. Poate anii care vor veni vor fi şi mai răi pentru mine, dar este numai treaba mea cum voi trăi dacă mi-am asumat acum 30 de ani acest fel de a trăi. Dar să-mi iei din puţinul şi neplanificabilul câştig impozite aberante este o mare prostie.

I Pentru că toată lumea descarcă muzică de pe net, vi se mai vând cd-urile?

Vedeţi, tot la venituri din drepturi de autor ajungem. Albumele se vând, dar nu aşa cum se vindeau înainte de internet. De aici şi drepturile sunt diminuate, şi singurul care ar putea să ne apere este tot statul, care ne cere, dar protecţie nu ne oferă.

I Cum i se pare unui artist ca dv. promovarea la radio şi tv?

Artiştii români nu sunt protejaţi de legile româneşti. Nicăieri în lume nu se întâmplă ce e la noi. Peste tot primează creaţia autohtonă în play-lis- turi. La noi e ca la nimeni, banii din difuzare (drepturile de compoziţie şi interpretare) pleacă afară, fiindcă organismele de gestiune sunt conectate la cele mondiale, cum e şi normal. Dar când vezi situaţiile anuale şi constaţi că peste 70% (ceea ce înseamnă raportul de difuzare) pleacă în exterior, te mai miri că industria muzicală românească e la pământ? Singurii care câştigă sunt casele de discuri. Ei au contracte cu casele de afară, expun CD, DVD în magazine, şi prin difuzare repetată pe posturi ei câştigă de două ori. Şi la vânzare, pentru că reclama pe posturi este asigurată, şi din cotele aferente pe care radiourile le varsă uniunii producătorilor. Iar noi rezistăm, mă şi mir cum de rezistăm.

I Mai susţineţi spectacole one-man-show muzicale pe scene ca Nottara sau Teatrul Naţional Bucureşti sau nici pentru acestea nu mai sunt fonduri?

– Ultimul spectacol de genul acesta l-am avut la Cinema Patria în februarie şi a ieşit foarte bine. De organizare s-a ocupat Aurel Mitran (impresar în adevăratul sens al cuvântului), şi ideea lui de a organiza acest one-man-show a fost ok. M-am simţit excepţional pe scenă, sala a fost caldă, au cântat cu mine şi totul a ieşit cum ne-am dorit. Apoi, la două zile, am repetat isprava la Chişinău, într-o sală şi mai mare decât cea de la Patria. Acolo a fost şi mai şi, datorită entuziasmului, şi emoţiei, create de o reîntâlnire peste ani.

I Una dintre piesele dv. care a făcut furori multă vreme este Când s-o- mpărţit norocu’, si are ca versuri Când s-o-mpărţit norocu’/fost-am eu dus la lucru/şi-aşa-mi vine câteodată/să dau cu cuţi- tu-n piatră. Aveţi multe regrete sau resemnări?

– Piesa asta cu norocu’ m-a consacrat definitiv, este actul meu de identitate şi e bine că ea s-a creat la mine în Maramureş. Acum pot să o cânt oriunde în lume, peste tot este cunoscută şi cântată. Regrete nu am, am făcut ce mi-a plăcut şi a ieşit când mai bine, când mai rău, că aşa e în viaţă.

„Familia, mama mea, toţi mi-au asigurat un echilibru. Şi oresponsabilitate, dar este Lucrarea firească de a ne îngriji de toţi cei dragi din jurul nostru. Când ştii că nu eşti singur treci mai uşor peste toate încercările vieţii.”

„Nu ma pot plânge ca nu am avut noroc. Îţi dă Domnul un pic de har, dar mai ai nevoie şi de noroc. Si de multă încăpăţânare să te lupţi.

I Dacă ar fi să o luaţi de la început, aţi urma acelaşi parcurs profesional?

– Aş urma acelaşi drum, dar aş avea grijă să nu mă risipesc într-atâta. Am şi risipit mult (artistic vorbind), am şi dăruit, şi de asta nu-mi pare rău. Oricum, am avut o viaţă frumoasă şi muzica m-a ajutat în acest sens. Mă întrebai de bani, avere, dar faptul că am văzut atâtea ţări, atâtea locuri minunate unde nu ştiu dacă ai mei vor ajunge vreodată, şi-mi pare rău de asta, toate aceste drumuri la capătul lumii nu sunt totuşi o mare bogăţie? Până şi drumurile prin ţară (că fac cam două-trei mii de km pe lună), faptul că mă pot bucura de trecerea anotimpurilor, de primii pomi înfloriţi pe care îi regăsesc ruginii spre toamnă, toate aceste mici bucurii pe care ţi le poţi oferi şi care sunt insesizabile în Bucureşti, toate astea te ajută să fii puternic, să iubeşti oamenii, viaţa.

I Piesa care v-a făcut celebru este Floare de colţ. Aţi întâlnit femeia „tu, floare de colţ, minune suporţi, fragedă stea, iubita mea”?

– Da, Floare de colţ este şi acum cea mai solicitată piesă. Şi pe youtube are cele mai multe vizualizări, peste 600.000 într-una dintre variante. A fost un moment de graţie când am compus-o, eram undeva la munte, la Rucăr, sub Piatra

Craiului. Am stat o săptămână la o cabană, eram cu Theodora, încă nu eram căsătoriţi, şi cu un grup de prieteni. Sunt peste 22 de ani de atunci.

I Aveţi copii? Cum vi se par timpurile pe care le trăiesc ei la tinereţe?

– Avem doi copii. Maura s-a căsătorit acum doi ani, iar Rareş este încă student. Mă doare sufletul că nu am reuşit cu forţele noastre să le creăm un climat mai bun. Acasă lucrurile au fost ok, şi ei au crescut frumos spiritual. Au fost martori la toate evenimentele şi toate deciziile, obişnuiam să le luăm împreună cu ei. Ce vor face în continuare? Eu i-am sfătuit să se bucure de tinereţe. Este cel mai mare dar pe care ţi-l dă Dumnezeu.
