Uneori, suntem de o sensibilitate împinsă la extrem. Pe noi nu ne poate atinge nimeni nici cu o floare, în schimb, tare ne mai place să-i luăm pe alţii în zeflemea. E un semn al complexelor de care nu reuşim să scăpăm.
Noi avem voie să le spunem „broscari“, ei nu au dreptul să ne spună „mămăligari“. Noi avem toată libertatea să-i numim „purtători de saboţi“, ei comit o impietate dacă ne numesc „ţigani“. Noi socotim firesc un titlu de gazetă din care să reiasă că la cină mâncăm „borş de cocoş“, ei însă sunt lipsiţi de fair-play dacă fac vreo aluzie la opincile pe care nu le-am lepădat de prea mult timp. Şi ce dacă le strigăm în faţă că sunt nişte „macaronari“? Pentru asta înseamnă că trebuie să le acceptăm opinia că suntem „leneşi şi hoţi“? Iar vecinii de la sud nu sunt nişte „zarzavagii“? De ce se supără şi ne fac „neam de căruţaşi“? Ce să mai spunem de „bozgori“! Cum îndrăznesc ei să spună că suntem „murdari“?
Însă culmea obrăzniciei vine de la „perfidul Albion“. Cum îşi permit ei să difuzeze un clip de televiziune în care, pe un stadion, sunt prezentaţi nişte burduhănoşi, goi până la brâu, cu lanţuri de aur la gât, groase cât braţul? Pe bună dreptate protestele noastre au interzis clipul cu pricina. Şi ce dacă la unul dintre meciurile pe care le-am jucat la Euro, în câteva imagini, au apărut indivizi asemănători cu aceia din secvenţele care ne-au inflamat până la nivel de Minister de Externe? Cameramanii nu puteau să filmeze alte aspecte din tribună? Nu miroase asta a conspiraţie împotriva noastră?
Într-un filmuleţ transmis înaintea partidei România – Olanda, o portocală era strivită sub crampoanele unui bocanc de fotbalist. Nimeni din „ţara lalelelor“ n-a sărit ca ars şi n-a cerut represalii împotriva realizatorilor. Au trecut cu vederea mojicia şi au preferat să ne învingă pe teren. E singura reacţie firească a cuiva cu adevărat puternic.
Desigur, pe orice român civilizat trebuie să-l deranjeze fiindcă suntem asimilaţi cu nişte inşi care ne fac de râs. Dar ce facem pentru ca ei să nu mai fie atât de vizibili şi să nu mai fie socotiţi reprezentativi?

How is it that just anyone can write a blog and get as popular as this? Its not like youve said anything incredibly impressive –more like youve painted a fairly picture over an issue that you know nothing about! I dont want to sound mean, right here. But do you truly think that you can get away with adding some quite pictures and not seriously say something?
