Green City, o istorie scrisă cu cerneală verde

Bucureştiul creşte. Şi renaşte, cu extracţii din propriile sale legende, locurile în care să se întâmple viitorul. Green City este numele unui astfel de spaţiu, care respiră deopotrivă aer curat şi istorie.

Cineva cu bani s-a gândit să facă o afacere, din categoria celor mai profitabile în ultimii ani, anume un ansamblu rezidenţial. Aşa s-a născut Green City, pe care l-am vizitat de curând (şi tu poţi să îţi programezi o vizită completând formularul de aici), parţial dintr-un impuls jurnalistic, dar şi căutând o „formulă locativă”. Ştiam că se află în comuna 1 Decembrie, fostă 30 Decembrie până în 1989. Ajunsă în comuna, m-am tot uitat în jur, să descopăr celebrele ferme ale defunctei Gospodării de Partid. În zadar… am renunţat.

Între timp, chiar la ieşirea din comună, facem la dreapta şi intrăm pe o şosea cu patru benzi, şerpuind printr-o pădure bogată. În câteva minute respirăm deja aer adevărat, totul în jur e verde, pe covorul de iarba sunt trasate alei pietonale şi de biciclete, printre copaci zărim un loc de joacă pentru copii, dotat cu toate cele. Iar, alături… un conac? Arhitectură de pe la 1900? Şi nu e singurul. Pe cele 100 de hectare ale ansamblului, descoperim încă un mic palat, cu un iaz alături, un apeduct traversat de poduri miniaturale, adevărate bijuterii în piatră, o galerie cocheta cu foişor, ca în fotografiile sepia ale bunicii. Şi totuşi, toate par noi, nouţe.

Cer explicaţii şi începe să se lege totul; ne aflăm de fapt pe fostul domeniu al Reginei Maria, donaţie din partea fostului mareşal al Palatului Regal, Gheorghe Emanuel Filipescu. După planurile celebrului arhitect al epocii, Paul Gottereau, au fost construite aici câteva clădiri, conace şi case de oaspeţi, case pentru relaxare sau pentru personalul administrativ. Regina Maria le va considera “casele sale de vis”, alături de Balcic, Bran, Pelişor sau Cotroceni. Comuniştii au preluat domeniul şi l-au transformat în acele ferme, 30 Decembrie, luate după ’89 de SIF Muntenia. Chiar şi numele comunei a avut diverse denumiri, reflectând schimbările politice: numele inițial era cel de Copăcenii de Sus, mai târziu schimbat în Regele Ferdinand. După venirea comuniştilor, denumirea a fost schimbată în 30 Decembrie, data la care Regele Mihai renunța la tron în anul 1947, iar după prăbușirea regimului comunist în 1989, denumirea a fost schimbată în 1 Decembrie, pentru a sărbători Marea Unire.

Revenind la domeniul regal, iată-l ajuns, azi, în proprietatea unui dezvoltator imobiliar. Este vorba despre Dumitru Bucşaru, patronul echipei de fotbal Unirea Urziceni. Din câte se spune, afacerea cu fotbalul a fost de fapt menită să sprijine crearea ansamblului Green City, proiectul de suflet al investitorului. Cât e strategie de businessman, şi cât e dorinţa de a-şi deschide un cont în istoria locului? Indiferent de răspuns, planul lui şi-a atins scopul: cei care locuiesc în Green City scapă de stres şi poluare, se ţin departe de agitaţia urbană, şi totuşi rămân aproape de oraş (am făcut 30 de minute de la Unirea). Mai e nevoie sa spun ca primii locuitori au fost fotbalisti? Căsuţele, aliniate într-un cartier tipic, sunt cochete, nu foarte mari, îngemănate câte patru, având fiecare câte o mică gradină în forma de L. Răsfirate prin pădure sau situate chiar lângă cartierul propriu-zis, se află o grădiniţa de stat, farmacie, cabinet medical, sală de fitness, centru de fizioterapie şi masaj, centru de frumuseţe, ceainărie, gelaterie, cofetărie, spaţii de joacă, urmând să fie construite terenuri de tenis, sala de sport, o şcoală privată, benzinărie, hotel, lac artificial, sală de bowling. Aflu de la un proaspăt rezident că, pe lângă toate facilităţile, ceea ce îl impresionează cel mai mult sunt nopţile în care poate vedea stelele (pentru că lipsesc luminile oraşului) şi faptul că poate lăsa fără teamă maşina descuiată, ca în filmele americane. Şi, fireşte, mai ales că o poate parca.

Mă întreb cum o fi sa calci, la propriu, pe urmele Reginei Maria, zilnic, când pleci şi vii de la serviciu?
