Anul acesta, la BAC, la proba de română, elevii au trebuit să scrie un text despre cunoaşterea de sine, pornind de la o afirmaţie a lui Nichita Stănescu: „A avea un ideal înseamnă a avea o oglindă.”
Extraordinară întâmplare! Din voia hazardului, însuşi bacalaureatul a devenit o uriaşă oglindă care a contribuit la cunoaşterea de sine a învăţământului românesc.
Dar de ce s-au inflamat în aşa hal spiritele când s-au afişat rezultatele? Nu se ştia demult care e starea de fapt în care se găseşte mult lăudata şcoală românească? De mult timp, într-un consens vinovat, părinţi, elevi, cadre didactice, politicieni şi mulţi alţii au contribuit la o minciună „mai mare decât veacul”.
Iar adevărul a ieşit la iveală în primul rând datorită instalării unor camere de supraveghere în sălile de examene. Acolo unde acestea n-au existat, promovabilitatea a fost cu mult mai mare decât media pe ţară de aproximativ 44%.
Dar întreaga societate românească ar avea nevoie să fie urmărită cu ajutorul unor mijloace video. Poate doar din frică s-ar elimina minciuna în care ne complacem să trăim în toate domeniile. Ne mistificăm istoria, ne împăunăm cu mari realizări economice, ne facem a nu vedea în ce ţară coruptă trăim şi care ne sunt „modelele” – manelişti, fotbalişti scandalagii, starlete cu morală de doi bani, oameni de afaceri dubioşi.
„A avea un ideal înseamnă a avea o oglindă.” Dar cine va avea curajul să o pună românilor în faţă, astfel încât să se vadă cum sunt în realitate? Si la ce bun? La urma urmei, câţi dintre ei înţeleg ce înseamnă „a avea un ideal”?
