Am ieşit din criză, ne asigură guvernanţii, aşa că orice sărbătoare poate fi trăită din plin.

În această lună, revista REBUS împlineşte 80 de ani. A fost înfiinţată de către un împătimit al cuvintelor încrucişate, N. Gh. Popescu-Rebus, un pionier în acest domeniu. A traversat multe momente vitrege – de pildă, în timpul dictaturii, când cenzura era extrem de vigilentă pentru ca în careurile tematice sau de definiţii să nu se strecoare mesaje ascunse, incendiare, sau, în prima perioadă după 1990, când a cunoscut dificultăţi provocate de lipsa hârtiei. Inerent, a trecut prin multe transformări, astfel încât să se prezinte cititorilor în haine cât mai potrivite cu exigenţele presei din mileniul III.

De-a lungul timpului au participat la realizarea ei scriitori de prestigiu, printre care şi Tudor Arghezi, scăpărător în definiţiile sale. A avut şi are numeroşi colaboratori de pe întreg cuprinsul ţării, împătimiţi şi exigenţi, spirituali şi dornici de cultură. În prezent este realizată de către o echipă eminentă: Mihai Zgubea, pe care într-un roman l-am numit Mister Rebus, Dan Popa, exact în frenezia sa, Aurel Ştefan Alexandrescu, un maestru al caricaturii româneşti, rigurosul Pompiliu-Laurenţiu Dumitrescu. În fruntea lor se află, de multe decenii, veşnic tânărul Alexandru Păsărin, un model de înţelepciune şi competenţă. Toţi alcătuiesc o echipă de profesionişti veritabili, care imprimă revistei o ţinută aleasă şi prestanţă intelectuală. Poate de aceea REBUS se bucură, în continuare, de o popularitate imensă, având o audienţă de invidiat, aproape 700.000 de cititori pe ediţie potrivit SNA. Iar datorită acestei reviste, cum spunea fondatorul ei, „rebusismul, sportul acesta al minţii, continuă să fie în floare şi astăzi, şi aşa va rămâne câtă vreme va fi cultură”.

La ceas aniversar, centenara FLACĂRA îi urează surorii sale mai mici „La mulţi ani!”

Rog foarte mult pe redactorii de la Flacara Rebus sa precizeze daca exista undeva pe internet o arhiva cu, careuri publicate in anii ’80 in revista Rebus. Ma refer cu precadere la careurile unor autori renumiti ca Florentin Titus Vasilescu, Colea Herescu, Mihai Frunza etc. Va multumesc anticipat :).
