Căderile masive ale părului pun pe jar bărbaţii, dar mai ales femeile. Podoaba capilară ne dă prestanţă şi frumuseţe, iar pierderea ei, uneori ireversibilă, face dificilă, adesea, continuarea unei vieţi normale. în farmacii sunt o mulţime de loţiuni care ajută la refacerea părului natural. Unele mai eficiente, altele mai puţin încununate de succes. în paralel cu acestea, există o serie întreagă de tratamente cu produse naturale al căror rezultat, chiar dacă nu este vizibil imediat, se realizează cu brio în timp şi prezintă avantajul că nu are efecte adverse.

Alopecia reprezintă o zonă de cădere a părului care se localizează cu precădere în zona scalpului, dar ea poate apărea oriunde există fire de păr, adică la subraţ, în zona pubiană şi la barbă (în cazul bărbaţilor). Stresul psihic poate duce la căderea părului, de aceea îndepărtarea factorilor stresanţi şi un tratament local adecvat determină vindecarea 100%. De asemenea, mai sunt răspunzătoare de căderea părului: radioterapia, chimioterapia, unele medicamente şi infecţiile microbiene de la nivelul pielii capului.

Oul, un şampon natura

Alimentaţia bogata în seminţe de floarea- soarelui, drojdia de bere, uleiul din germeni de grâu, lecitina din soia – toate sunt foarte hrănitoare, având proprietăţi favorabile regenerării părului uman.

Dacă v-aţi săturat de şampoanele pline de chimicale, multe dintre ele favorizând căderea părului, dacă mătreaţa v-a adus la exasperare, o soluţie este să folosiţi ouăle de pasăre Astfel, după ce vă spălaţi cu săpun pe cap, luaţi un ou pe care să-l bateţi bine-bine şi să-l amestecaţi cu o linguriţă de zeamă de lămâie. Apoi, vă clătiţi cu apă din abundenţă. Veţi avea un păr strălucitor, iar procedeul ajută la păstrarea scalpului sănătos, fără mătreaţă.

Măduva de vită, bună împotriva alopeciei

Pentru întărirea rădăcinii folosiţi un amestec de 300 g măduvă de vită tocată mărunt, fiartă în 250 ml apă. Strecuraţi zeama şi amestecaţi-o cu alcool dublu rafinat de 70°, peste care puneţi o lingură de ulei de ricin şi un gălbenuş bătut de ou. Amestecaţi bine şi turnaţi-vă amestecul pe cap, apoi înfăşuraţi-vă cu un batic şi rămâneţi aşa până dimineaţa. După ce v-aţi trezit, masaţi-vă pielea capului cu ulei de măsline. Spălaţi-vă pe cap. Repetaţi procedura măcar o dată pe săptămână timp de trei luni.

Usturoi, gaz lampant şi ulei de ricin

Puneţi cinci căpăţâni de usturoi pisat la macerat în 400 ml de gaz lampant, timp de zece zile. După macerare, luaţi câte o lingură din această compoziţie şi amestecaţi-o bine cu gălbenuş de ou şi o lingură de ulei de ricin. Masaţi-vă capul cu această mixtură, apoi înfăşuraţi-vă capul într-un batic şi ţineţi-l cât suportaţi mai mult timp. Aplicaţi tratamentul timp de o lună, de două ori pe săptămână. Procedeul poate fi făcut şi cu ceapă pisată şi ţinută la macerat în gaz lampant.

Ardeiul iute regenerează părul

Zece ardei iuţi, tocaţi mărunt, se pun într-un borcan de 450 g peste care se completează cu alcool de 70° şi se lasă la macerat 12 zile. Apoi filtraţi lichidul şi păstraţi-l în sticluţe mici, închise la culoare. O dată pe zi, faceţi fricţiuni timp de zece minute, la rădăcina părului, cu o lingură din soluţia astfel obţinută, amestecată cu trei linguri de apă. Părul se va regenera în scurt timp, vor apărea fire de păr chiar şi acolo unde căzuse de tot.

Alte remedii împotriva căderii părului

• Frecţii zilnice cu suc de usturoi • Spălaţi-vă părul cu ceai de frunze de nuc; acestea nu numai că revigorează părul, dar îi dau o strălucire castanie, fiind un bun colorant natural • Faceţi băi de aburi la nivelul capului, de trei ori pe săptămână, câte 15 minute, pentru a stimula circulaţia sangvină şi implicit creşterea părului • Masaţi pielea capului cu ulei de măsline, timp de zece zile • Faceţi baie la cap cu ceai de frunze şi rădăcini de urzică în amestec cu rădăcină de brusture.
