România la Eurovision: Elena Gheorghe

„Eu am fost cea care i-am spus lui Laurenţiu Duţă să scrie o piesă special pentru acest eveniment, cu vreo două săptămâni înainte de înscriere. M-a sunat într-o seară şi mi-a cântat refrenul la telefon, iar a doua zi i-am dat eu un telefon şi am fredonat piesa… am bătut palma şi ne-am prezentat cu ea la preselecţie… şi aşa The Balkan Girls a devenit piesa câştigătoare…“

– Elena, ai fost de departe cea mai bună să ne reprezinte la finala Eurovision de la Moscova. Cum te simţi, cu această mare reuşită şi, totodată, responsabilitate, pentru cariera ta? Sperai să câştigi?

– Mulţumesc tuturor pentru încrederea acordată, şi o să fac tot posibilul să nu dezamăgesc pe nimeni şi să aduc onoare României. Îmi doream să câştig, şi am muncit mult pentru acest lucru, bineînţeles alături de echipa mea.

– Câte costume ai schimbat pe scenă, şi cine le-a creat?

– Au fost câte trei ţinute, atât în finală, cât şi în semifinală… Vestimentaţia a fost creată de un atelier de croitorie, la ideea mea, iar sandalele au fost marca Mihai Albu.

– Îţi propui să obţii, în Rusia, marele premiu al concursului Eurovision? Crezi că ai şanse?

– Fiecare dintre noi are câte o şansă, important este să avem grijă de ea pe tot parcursul… Sunt o fire optimistă şi tind cât mai sus, dar tot ce îmi doresc este să păşesc pe scena de la Moscova cu dreptul, să nu am emoţii, să cânt foarte bine, show-ul să iasă perfect, iar publicul să ne răsplătească prin aplauze… Numai aşa putem obţine un loc fruntaş…

– Este un pas important pentru cariera ta ca artistă solo, pe care ai continuat-o cu succes după despărţirea de Mandinga, din hit-urile tale deja cunoscute amintind Vocea ta sau Te ador. De ce te-ai despărţit de grup, alegând să evoluezi singură în show-biz? Care a fost cauza conflictului major

dintre voi?

– Aşa a fost să fie, despre aceste lucruri am mai vorbit, iar acum important este să-mi văd de drumul meu şi să nu mai privesc în trecut. Mă bucur că am reuşit să evoluez, să mă autodepăşesc şi să-mi creez o identitate… Acum sunt Elena Gheorghe şi atât.

– Ţi-ai dori să prezinţi o emisiune de divertisment? Ai primit până acum oferte?

– Pe primul loc în carieră este muzica, dar aş lua în serios şi propunerea de a modera o emisiune.

– Ce ne spui despre familia ta, formată din tata – preot, mama – interpretă de muzică populară, fratele – fotbalist la Sportul Studenţesc şi sora, Ana – jurnalistă?

– Familia mea este primul lucru de care mă simt mândră… De la tatăl meu, care este preot, am învăţat să iert şi să ofer un dar fără a aştepta ceva în schimb. Alături de mama, cântăreaţă de muzică populară, am cântat pentru prima oară pe o scenă. Ana, sora mai mică, a ales cariera de ziaristă, iar acum mă străduiesc să fac numai lucruri bune, de care să fie mândră atunci când scrie. Costin, fratele mai mic, este fotbalist la Sportul Studenţesc. De fiecare dată când am timp merg pe stadion ca să îl încurajez… Aş mai putea vorbi despre familia mea mult, dar nu îmi ajung câteva rânduri… poate o carte.

– Ce studii ai?

– Am terminat Facultatea de jurnalism Hyperion.

– Este o afacere şcoala ta de dans, intitulată Pasitos? De unde provine acest nume?

– După muzică, pasiunea cea mai mare a mea este dansul, acesta a fost motivul pentru care am înfiinţat şcoala, nu din dorinţa de a câştiga bani. Şi, pentru că am crescut la Clinceni şi îmi era foarte greu să fac naveta la Palatul Copiilor, acolo unde luam lecţii de canto, am vrut să uşurez munca acelor copilaşi care vor să urmeze dansul, aşa că am deschis o şcoală chiar în comuna unde am crescut…

– Eşti o prezenţă foarte plăcută. Căror reguli de la care nu te abaţi provine aspectul tău fizic de invidiat?

– Mulţumesc! Totul porneşte din interior. Sunt o persoană împlinită, am o familie de care sunt mândră, iubesc şi sunt iubită şi fac ceea ce îmi place… De asemenea, fac mult sport, merg de trei ori pe săptămână la sală, mănânc sănătos şi dansez mult.

– Ai fost declarată de o revistă pentru bărbaţi una dintre primele 50 de femei cele mai dorite din România. Eşti asaltată de curtenitori? Cum îi tratezi de obicei? Ai avut parte şi de vreunii mai insistenţi?

– Sunt încântată să aflu că mă număr printre primele 50 de femei, deşi sunt convinsă că sunt femei şi mai frumoase, dar poate nu la fel de cunoscute… Mi se întâmplă să fiu asaltată de curtenitori, dar eu am bărbatul pe care-l iubesc lângă mine…

– E vorba despre Cornel, colegul tău de scenă?

– Nu-mi place să vorbesc prea mult despre viaţa sentimentală, cred că am foarte multe de spus privind cariera… Contează că iubesc şi sunt iubită.

– Peste câţi ani te-ai gândit să te căsătoreşti?

– Suntem de aproape cinci ani împreună, iar acest lucru nu ne-a schimbat părerea că pasul către căsătorie este unul foarte important şi trebuie făcut la momentul potrivit. Deocamdată suntem încă agitaţi şi preocupaţi de carieră, dar ?atunci când ne vom linişti ne vom gândi serios şi la acest aspect care trebuie realizat.

– Dacă ar fi să pleci pe o insulă pustie, ce obiect ţi-ai lua neapărat cu tine?

– Laptopul în care să am poze cu cei dragi, filmele preferate şi muzica de suflet.

– Ai vreun viciu important?

– Nu beau, nu fumez…

– Ce faci când ai un pic de timp liber?

– Merg la părinţii mei în comuna Clinceni, acolo unde am avut o copilărie frumoasă şi acolo unde am făcut primii paşi în muzică… De fiecare dată când veneau musafiri pe la noi eu eram cea care îi întreţineam cu muzica, iar printre melodiile pe care le cântam cel mai des se număra şi Dau viaţa mea, piesă interpretată de Monica Anghel, cu care am şi participat la festivalul de la Mamaia…
