• Frecţii zilnice cu suc de usturoi • Spălaţi-vă părul cu ceai de frunze de nuc; acestea nu numai că revigorează părul, dar îi dau o strălucire castanie, fiind un bun colorant natural • Faceţi băi de aburi la nivelul capului, de trei ori pe săptă­mână, câte 15 minute, pentru a stimula circulaţia sangvină şi implicit creşterea părului • Masaţi pielea capului cu ulei de măsline, timp de zece zile • Faceţi baie la cap cu ceai de frunze şi rădăcini de urzică în amestec cu rădăcină de brusture.
