Mihai Verban – Omul care încetineşte îmbătrânirea

Pacienţii lui Verban vorbesc despre întinerire şi regenerare

Cornelia Vlad, 71 de ani, din Bucureşti, suferă de mai mulţi ani de tasare de coloană şi genunchi deplasat, per ansamblu o pacientă nedeplasabilă. Astă iarnă a urmărit una dintre ediţiile emisiunii Cafeneaua sufletelor de la DDTV unde l-a văzut pe Mihai Verban, invitatul emisiunii Andreei Chirvasiu. l-a telefonat în emisiune şi, la două zile după, Verban a viz- itat-o acasă. „Aveam dureri insuportabile, plus că aveam şi nisip la rinichi. Cântăresc 96 de kilograme şi am multiple complicaţii gastrice. Dl Verban mi-a dat uricol, pastile cu tărâţe, pastile 121 şi am urmat un program de reflexoterapie, iar starea mea s-a ameliorat simţitor.

Am eliminat nisipul de la rinichi. Din păcate, dl Verban e plecat acum pentrn câteva luni în străinătate şi recunosc: mi- e foarte greu să mă ţin de tratament. în plus, sunt pensionară, nu stau excelent cu banii, o şedinţă de reflexoterapie cu dl Verban costă 60 de lei, nu e chiar de ici de colo pentrn mine.”

în familia Eugen Vasile şi Elena sunt multe probleme de sănătate. Dl Eugen, 72 de ani, suferă de spondiloză cervicală, a avut şi un infarct, soţia sa Elena, 73 de ani, are diabet, picioare amputate, pareză stânga, a suferit un accident vascular cerebral. „Pe domnul Verban ni l-a recomandat un prieten de familie, care şi-a tratat soţia la dânsul cu Aslavital şi ulei de sâmburi de struguri. Iau tratamentul acesta cu ulei de sâmburi de struguri şi din nuci de şase luni încoace. Mulţumesc lui Dumnezeu, mă simt mult mai bine! Soţia mea ia şi ea acest tratament. O ameliorare am simţit-o după primele trei săptămâni, am făcut întocmai după indicaţiile domniei sale şi nivelul colesterolului a scăzut, vrem să ducem tratamentul până la capăt”, susţine Eugen Vasile.

„Una dintre marile probleme de sănătate ale pacienţilor o reprezintă greutatea, direct răspunzătoare de insuficienţa cardiacă. Majoritatea oamenilor nu mănâncă mult, dar pe un fond de stres. Alţii fac o altă greşeală, ziua nu mănâncă mai nimic, iar seara când se duc acasă, mănâncă ligheane cu mâncare pentru a recupera ziua pierdută. Indicele de masă corporală este de aceea foarte important. El se calculează astfel: împărţiţi-vă greutatea la înălţimea dv. la pătrat. Şi veţi avea indicele de masă corporală. La femei el trebuie să aibă valori situate între 19 şi 24, iar la bărbaţi între 20 şi 25. Orice punct în plus peste aceste valori normale îndreaptă pacientul către o insuficienţă cardiacă, poate chiar un accident vascular cerebral etc. Oamenii nu ştiu că o felie de salam şi o simplă feliuţă de franzelă cu unt determină un adevărat dezastru în corp. De aceea recomand: tărâţe, fulgi de ovăz, pâine neagră, graham, ulei de măsline, ulei din sâmburi de struguri care curăţă excelent arterele şi consum de doi-trei litri de apă zilnic pentru eliminarea toxinelor.”

„Bucură-te de viaţă, chiar dacă stai într-o magherniţă şi ai de mâncare pe masă doar o roşiuţă cu pâine. Fii fericit că mergi pe picioarele tale şi mulţumeşte-i lui Dumnezeu că poţi deschide fereastra cu propriile tale mâini!”, ne sfătuieşte Mihai Verban.

In etapa a ll-a de tratament rolul Coenzimei Q 10 şi al L-Clarinitinei este acela de a îmbunătăţi sistemul imunitar. Melatonina, somniferul natural al organismului, conform studiilor americane, pare că are şi rolul de a încetini distrugerea celulară, deci îmbătrânirea, de aceea Verban a introdus-o în formula sa. Acidul lipoic şi Fitolip-ul regenerează excelent ficatul. „Am avut pacient cu ciroză hepatică compensată, după ce a luat Fitolip capsule (dar se pot lua şi fineturile de anghinare, armurariu şi gălbenele) împreună cu acid lipoic şi-a revenit aproape complet. O singură bucăţică de ficat, dacă mai este întreg, el se poate regenera cu aceste produse”, declară terapeutul. <

In sfârşit, etapa a lll-a este momentul de luptă cu radicalii liberi din corp, adevăraţii duşmani ai tinereţii omului, cei direct răspunzători de procesul de îmbătrânire. Stresul, de care ne plângem cu toţii, este principalul motor de apariţie al radicalilor liberi. Mâncarea haotică şi nesănătoasă reprezintă a doua sursă de formare a acestor radicali, ei bombardează celulele sănătoase şi fac rău organismului. „Strategia mea este de a utiliza o formulă încrucişată, adică un complex de antioxidanţi – beta caroten, vitamina E, C, seleniu, cupru şi magneziu – se administrează câte o capsulă din acest complex de antioxidanţi timp de o lună, apoi se ia o pauză. în plus, se ia ceai verde – capsule – o capsulă pe zi, o lună da, o lună pauză şi tot aşa timp de un an. Tot ceea ce v-am spus până acum despre fiecare etapă se aplică în primul an de tratament”, atenţionează Mihai Verban.

Ceaiul verde poate fi luat atât sub formă de capsule cât şi sub formă de lichid, de ceai efectiv, se beau câte o ceaşcă dimineaţa şi una seara, fără a fi îndulcit cu nici un fel de îndulcitor, zahăr sau miere de albine, fiindcă altfel îşi pierde proprietăţile curative. „Ceaiul verde se prepară astfel: într-o cratiţă punem la fiert un litru de apă, când acesta a început să fiarbă, stingem focul, punem două mâini de ceai, acoperim timp de trei minute – nu mai mult – apoi strecurăm şi bem. Dacă folosiţi acest ceai pentru încetinirea procesului de îmbătrânire, nu mai adăugaţi nimic în el, dacă vreţi doar să slăbiţi atunci adăugaţi lămâie. Singura contraindicaţie a acestui ceai este pentru persoanele hipertensive”, precizează Mihai Verban. Terapeutul atrage, de asemenea, atenţia asupra faptului că în România avem de-a face cu foarte multe falsuri, de aceea recomandă mare atenţie la achiziţionarea acestui produs. „Capsule de ceai originale sunt cele pe a căror cutie scrie: o capsulă echivalează cu un litru şi jumătate de ceai verde. Iar ceai verde vărsat de la Plafar pentru infuzie este original doar cel pe a cărui cutie e desenat un ibric.”
